Hydraulic pumps

Hydraulic lubrication pumps use the machine's own hydraulic circuit as their drive, delivering grease to the lubrication points without a separate motor or air supply. This makes them ideal for mobile machines and equipment that already run on hydraulics: the pump is a single-acting piston unit driven by hydraulic oil with spring return, so every hydraulic pulse delivers a defined dose of grease to the system

PRINCIPLE

Hydraulic lubrication pumps

Hydraulic lubrication pumps use the machine's own hydraulic circuit as their drive, delivering grease to the lubrication points without a separate motor or air supply. This makes them ideal for mobile machines and equipment that already run on hydraulics: the pump is a single-acting piston unit driven by hydraulic oil with spring return, so every hydraulic pulse delivers a defined dose of grease to the system. With no electrical drive to wire and no compressed air to supply, the hydraulic pump is a clean, self-contained way to add automatic lubrication to a hydraulically powered machine — a natural companion to a progressive distributor . The pump element is a single-acting piston driven by the machine's hydraulic oil, returning under spring force between strokes. Each stroke displaces a defined volume of grease — adjustable from 0.2 to 2 cm³ depending on the configuration — into the lubrication network, building the high pressure needed to reach all the points. Because the drive is the hydraulic circuit, the pump operates wherever the machine works, with no additional energy source to provide. Driven by the machine's hydraulic circuit — no separate motor or air supply Single-acting piston with spring return for reliable dosing Adjustable delivery of 0.2–2 cm³ per stroke High pressure up to 300 bar for large grease networks Handles grease NLGI 000–2; ideal for mobile machinery

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about hydraulic pumps

How is the hydraulic pump driven?
By the machine's own hydraulic circuit: a single-acting piston driven by hydraulic oil with spring return delivers a dose of grease on each stroke — no separate motor or air supply needed.
What delivery and pressure does it provide?
An adjustable 0.2–2 cm³ per stroke, at 100–300 bar (1450–4351 psi), with a reservoir up to 400 cm³.
Which grease can it handle?
Grease of NLGI 000–2, over an operating temperature range of −10 °C to +70 °C.
Where is the hydraulic pump used?
On mobile and off-road equipment and hydraulically powered industrial machinery — wherever a hydraulic circuit is available to drive the pump.
What are the connections?
A G1/4" hydraulic control connection and a G1/4" lubricant outlet.
