Optionally timer or manually controlled with magnetic fastening. Air flow shut-off valve enables pure oil lubrication. Mobile and flexible to use.
Grip is a portable air-oil lubrication pump for minimum quantity lubrication (MQL), designed for flexible, mobile use directly at the machine or tool. Thanks to a magnetic mount it can be attached and moved in seconds, so you can lubricate wherever and whenever it is needed — without a fixed installation. Control is either via an integrated timer or manually, and a distinctive air-flow shut-off valve lets the air supply be switched off so that the unit can also be run as a pure oil lubricator. This versatility makes Grip a practical, go-anywhere tool within DropsA's minimum quantity lubrication range.
Grip combines compressed air with a small, metered quantity of oil to form an air-oil mixture that is applied to the tool or point. The integrated timer can trigger the lubrication automatically at set intervals, or it can be released manually as required. Closing the air-flow shut-off valve turns off the air, so the same unit delivers oil only — useful where an aerosol is not wanted. Its magnetic base means it sits firmly on the machine and moves easily to the next job.
Grip is a self-contained unit, so it needs no central installation — only a compressed-air supply. It is selected by the dose required and the way it will be controlled (timer or manual). Where a built-in or multi-point solution is needed instead, units such as the MLU mobile unit or the VIP4Tools container system are the alternatives within the MQL range.
