Almost dry machining with pneumatic control
Modular air-oil system for precise, adjustable minimum quantity lubrication
The MiQueL system offers a reliable solution for air-oil lubrication in near-dry machining. The modular design and the different variants enable flexible adaptation to any industrial application.
MiQueL is a pneumatic air-oil minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) system. It combines compressed air with finely metered oil and carries the resulting mixture to the lubrication points, where a constant, controlled film is applied with very little lubricant. Up to 8 outlets can be supplied, each individually controlled via its own solenoid valve, so different points receive exactly the timing and quantity they need. A flow-compensation valve keeps the delivery pressure constant at around 2 bar, ensuring an even, repeatable supply across all outlets. MiQueL is part of DropsA's wider minimum quantity lubrication range.
