Description: The DropsA rail lubrication system was specifically developed for the automatic lubrication of rail curves in extensive systems. The modular design allows flexible expansion and precise lubricant distribution even over long distances. With remote monitoring, robust technology and easy maintenance, it is ideal for industrial and railway projects. Track-Lube is a dedicated lubrication system for rails and wheel flanges. It applies a precisely metered quantity of grease to the running surfaces of rail vehicles and track, reducing friction and wear between wheel and rail in exactly the places where it matters. By keeping the wheel-flange contact lubricated, Track-Lube extends component life, lowers energy consumption and reduces the characteristic squeal of tight curves — a focused, self-contained solution among DropsA's special products . The system delivers grease through small applicator bars (Small-Bars) mounted along the track or on the vehicle, dosing lubricant onto the rail or flange at the right interval. A single installation can cover a substantial length of track, and the unit is designed to keep working reliably outdoors, where temperature swings, moisture and dirt are the norm rather than the exception. The result is a continuous, controlled film instead of the uneven, labour-intensive results of manual greasing. What is Track-Lube used for?
