A mobile lubrication system only delivers its benefit when it is correctly designed, installed and looked after. DropsA Germany supports mobile machines from the selection of the right components, through installation on the vehicle, to ongoing maintenance and spare-parts supply. Particularly on trucks, excavators, wheel loaders and agricultural machines in hard continuous use, a clean first installation and fast service are decisive for lasting availability.
On a mobile machine the lubrication system has to survive vibration, dust, weather and wash-downs, and reach points that are often awkward to access. A careful installation — correct routing, secure fixing, the right pump and reservoir for the duty — is what makes the system reliable in the field, while fast access to wear parts keeps a small fault from becoming a long stop. Getting both right turns automatic lubrication from a good idea into dependable, everyday protection.
Mobile installations are built from robust, field-proven components: a barrel pump for grease from the drum feeding a progressive distributor, single-point lubricators for individual points, and the weather-resistant 7-L oil tank for agricultural and construction machines. Because these are standard components, the right spare or wear part is available quickly, keeping service fast and downtime short.
Beyond installation, the focus is on keeping the system running: planned maintenance, fast spare-parts supply and advice on operation. Routine care — refilling, checking lines and connections, confirming delivery — fits into normal vehicle servicing, and our team is available for installation, service and retrofits across the fleet, so a mobile machine stays protected wherever it works.
No two mobile machines present the same lubrication challenge. An excavator has slewing-ring and boom-pin points under heavy shock load; a truck chassis has spring shackles and steering joints exposed to road salt; a tractor mixes implement couplings with PTO and axle bearings. A good installation starts by surveying these points and grouping them sensibly, then routing protected lines to each, fixing them clear of moving parts and heat, and siting the pump and reservoir where they can be refilled easily but are shielded from the worst of the dirt. Done well, the system disappears into the machine and simply works; done poorly, it becomes another thing to maintain. This is why on-site experience and a careful first installation matter as much as the components themselves.
