What is the FACT Controller?

The FACT Controller is a modular control system for monitoring and managing oil-flow lubrication. It supervises FLOWMASTER II flow meters and centralises the lubrication intelligence of large, distributed installations into a single, expandable platform — so that flow at every monitored point is verified rather than assumed. It is the control layer for circulating-oil and oil-flow applications, complementing the pumps and distributors that deliver the lubricant. The FACT Controller grows with the plant. Up to 7 expansion units of type FACT Controller – EXPANDER can be connected to the central unit, and each expander supervises up to 16 FLOWMASTER II meters — for a total of up to 128 monitored devices managed centrally. Thanks to this modular structure, the system can be extended at any time without replacing the original controller, which protects the investment as the installation evolves.
